Description:
A water-borne acrylic clear sealer for use over bare masonry. Seals and stabilizes the substrate, enhancing the performance of topcoats. Maximizes topcoat adhesion, promotes uniformity of topcoats sheen, and protects topcoats from alkaline efflorescence.

Typical Uses
Exterior and Interior. Exterior: Use on old masonry, brick, cinder block, and stucco, for a durable seal coat. Use over new cured concrete block and masonry surfaces as a sealer prior to the application of alkyd or water-based primers and finishes. May be applied over painted surfaces as long as surface profile allows penetration. May be left un-topcoated as its own finish. Use as a clear sealer on porous traffic-bearing surfaces such as concrete patios, steps, and porches. Also helps prevent spalling. Interior: Same as exterior uses. If left unpainted, eases surface cleaning by preventing dust and dirt penetration into the surface.
