The PVC-U water supply pipes and fittings are made of polyvinyl chloride and certain additives. All the raw material used for extrusion and injection molding is hygienically harmless. Pipes of20~60mm are mainly used for water supply for buildings, the water temperature shall be lower then 45 and pressure lower than 0.6Mpa. Pipes of 63~315mm are mainly buried underground and used in public water supply systems. The temperature of water transported through the system shall be lower than 45 and pressure shall be lower than 1.0Mpa. Pipes are manufactured according to GB/T10002.1-96, fitting apply to VB/10002.2-88.
Besides the normal chemical and physical performances as in soil pipes and fitting, the product has the following special features, hygienic and not poisonous; pressure resistances; long life-span; low system cost.
