Large diameter steel reinforced polyethylene spiral corrugated pipe is developed by Goldstone based on the normal polyethylene spiral corrugated pipe. The pipe is researched by Goldstone independently and owned the patents for the pipe also the making machine. A special material and coating is applied to give the solution of steel anti-corrosive. The diameter of the pipe is from 800 mm to 2000 mm. The obvious advantage of the new composite pipe is the high stiffness and low cost if compared with the universal buried plastic sewage pipe. According to the CNACL's examinations, the ring stiffness reached S10 to S15, which is a surprise value for other plastic pipes.
We already have more than 20 referrence in China market, the typical factory is as this, 200-500mm by double wall corrugated pipe, 800-2000mm by our reinforced spiral system. It has been proved that this is a good solution for the whole drain pipeline system.
