Description:
1. AFP Test
The One-Step Alpha Fetoprotein (AFP) Tests are qualitative immunoassays for detecting elevated levels of Alpha Fetoprotein (AFP) in serum.Qualitative results are easy-to-read, require no additional instrumentation or reagents, and are determined within 10 minutes. The concentration of AFP in serum is effectively used to aid in the diagnosis of hepatoma, ovarian, testicular and presacral terato-carcinomas.
2.CEA Test
One Step Carcinoma Embryonic Antigen Test is a rapid direct binding test for the detection of Carcinogenic Embryonic Antigen (CEA) in serum as an aid in the diagnosis of colorectal, breast, lung and pancreas cancer. The test is based on the principle of sandwich immunoassay for determination of CEA in serum. Monoclonal and polyclonal antibodies are employed to identify CEA specifically. This one step test is very sensitive and only takes about 10-20 minutes. The sensitivity of the test can reach to 5ng/ml.
3.PSA Test
One Step Prostate Specific Antigen Test is a rapid direct binding test for the visual detection of Prostrate Specific Antigen (PSA) in serum as an aid in the diagnosis of prostrate cancer. The test is based on the principle of sandwich immunoassay for determination of PSA in serum. Monoclonal and polyclonal antibodies are employed to identify PSA specifically. This one step test is very sensitive and only takes about 10-20 minutes. The sensitivity of the test can reach to 4ng/ml.
4. FOB Test
The One-Step Fecal Occult Blood (FOB) Tests are qualitative immunoassays for detecting human occult blood in feces. Qualitative results are easy-to-read, require no additional instrumentation or reagents, and are determined within 20 minutes. The concentration of FOB in feces can be used for the early diagnosis of colorectal cancer.
