Description:
This product is the third generation of Cephalosporin, and has strong effect on Enterobacteriaceae bacteria. The MIC 90 against Escherichia coli, Klebsiella pneumoniae, Cl. Perfringens, Citrobacter diversus, Proteus mirabilis, Providencia, and Serratia is between 0.12-0.25 mg/L. Cloaca, Acinetobacter, and Pseudomonas aeruginosa have low sussceptibility to this product. In addition, not only does this product have strong anti-bacteria effect on Haemophilus influenzae, Neisseria gonorrhoeae, and Neisseria meningitides, but also it has strong action on Picibanil and Streptococcus pneumonia. Its MIC against Staphylococcus aureus is 2-4 mg/L. Meticillin-resistant penicillin and Enterococcus has drug resistance to this product. Most species of bacteroid are resistant to this product.
