Screw down the nuts tightly to make the loops connect well with the poles. 3. Clip the red clip to the positive pole (+) of the battery, black to the negative (-). Make sure not clip them conversely or the connection protection will function and cause fusing. In this case, replace with a new fuse and connect again. 4.
