MGB-24X is compliant with Gigabit Interface Converter (GBIC) specification Rev5.5. It meets the requirements of IEEE 802.3 Gigabit Ethernet standard and ANSI specifications for Fiber Channel, It supports hot-plug, which can be inserted in or removed from host chassis without shutting power of the host system.
