The special structure of the hermetic seals insures against electrolyte leakage in the accumulators. They can work safely and effectively no matter if they are upright or horizontal. The superfine glass fiber partitions cause the electrolytes to be absorbed in the pole plates and partitions without floating electrolytes in the accumulators, assuring no electrolyte leakage. With the use of specific gas re-compounding system, it is unnecessary to add water. When the internal gas pressure of the accumulators exceeds the normal value, the safety valve will open automatically to release the excessive gas and close automatically when the internal pressure reaches the normal value to prevent the entrance of the external gas. The FM accumulators' self discharge rate is 3％ less than the rated capacity, thus the FM accumulators are capable of standing storage. The 2V FM accumulators' float charging life is more than 10 years and the 12V is 5 - 7 years. The use of flameproof security and acid filters can prevent spattering for greater safety.
The FM accumulators can work at -20°C - 50°C. FM accumulators have high mechanical strength, good earthquake-resistance and convenient use and installation.
