Description:
The integrate circuit we developed is a new integrate protection instrument
which has the functions including over-current protection, over-voltage protection
and alarm.

In respect of over-current protection, it applies the semi-conductor technology.
When the current reaches the verge of the protection, the semi-conductor will
conduct immediately to introduce the current to the ground.

This product has a rapid speed of over-voltage conduct so it can solve the
coordination problem of the primary protection and secondary protection.

The alarm of the integrate circuit is solved by electronic circuit. When the
semiconductor works, the alarm signal will be sent out and be stopped when
the conducting stopped. And can be made into protection unit with self-healing function.

Specifications:
1) The upper-limit of voltage for over-voltage protection:
a) 260 voltage rising rate: 100kVps
b) 400 voltage rising rate: 1kVps
2) The lower-limit of limit voltage for over-voltage protection: 190V
3) The bearing capability of surge current and power frequency current:
a) Surge current 100A (peak current) wave form 10/100 us 300 times,
interval time is 3 minutes
b) Power frequency current 10A (effective value) 50Hz, duration is 5 times
one second, interval time is 3 minutes
4) Insulating resistance: more than 1000 ohm under standard atmosphere
pressure
5) Over-current protection operate time: 350mA limit the current rate below
150mA in 5ms
6) Over-voltage, over-current protection meets the demand of YD/T694-1999
7) Alarm function: the modular with alarm output terminal. When the current
arrives at 350mA, (effective value), output alarm signals in 10 seconds, and
the alarm signal will stop when the current disappear, and then self-heals
