Consist of:
(1)Dough mixer with hexagon mixing blade, and tilting device
(2)Three rollers feeding machine
(3)Rotary stamping machine unit for making Cracker, Soda Biscuits, and Cream Biscuits.
This machine unit is assembled with three laminating gauging rolls. The diameter of first roller is 300mm, second and third are 270mm respectively, and with gap indicating devices for all. The speed of first and second rollers and conveyors can be adjusted synchroly, the speed of third roller and conveyor can be adjusted independently.
(4)Rotary moulding machine
for making Soft Biscuits.
The diameter of roller is 254mm, assembled with independent control board.
