Thinner Series QX-1



This is type of quality thinner designed for primer and finish paints. General, slow-drying, extremely slow-drying and silver primer types of thinners are available for different varieties, different applying areas and temperatures.



Applications:

It intends to reduce the spray painting viscosity of paints and improve the smoothness of paint film. It features good dissolving power and creates a soft and gentle effect of paint film.



Features:

QX-1 background paint thinner: With a high volatilization rate, it is a thinner designed for background paint applying to local patching and application under 18 degree centigrade.



QX-1 general thinner: With a moderate volatilization rate, it is a general thinner for 1K background paint and 2K pure-color applying to local patching and complete automobile application or work at 18 -25 degree centigrade.



QX-1 slow-drying thinner: With a relatively slow volatilization rate, it is a general thinner for 1K background paint and 2K pure-color applying to local patching and complete automobile application or work at 25 -30 degree centigrade.



QX-1 extremely slow-drying thinner: With a slow volatilization rate. it is a thinner designed for pure-color paint applying to entire automobile application or work at 30 -40 degree centigrade.



Mixing ratio:

The mixing ratio varies depending on different matching products. Please refer to the users guide of the mixed product.



Remarks:

In case of excessive temperature or humid weather, appropriately add 10-30 percent QX-5 SX-5 retarder to extend its volatilizing duration.



Storage life:

May be stored for more than half a year when kept in original container at 20 degree centigrade.
