Description:
GABIONS are double-twisted wire mesh baskets of variable sizes, uniformly partitioned into internal cells, interconnected with other similar units. They are filled with stone at the project site to form flexible, permeable, monolithic structures, such as retaining walls, sea walls, channel linings, revetments and weirs for erosion control projects. We can offer a wide variety of gabions with mesh openings of 6x8cm, 8x10cm, 8x12cm 8x14cm, 10x12cm, 12x15cm ,20x26cm and with wire thicknesses (for knitting) ranging from 2.00mm to 3.4mm. The possible coatings are Heavily Galvanized (acc.to BS1052/80, EN10244-2, DIN1548 and ASTM) and ZincAl. For high corrosion resistance, PVC coated wire is available.
