Suitable for stranding long length and big section bare aluminium, copper, aluminium alloy , aluminium cable steel reinforcing wires to produce power cables; sector shaped conductor; round compacted ;single core prespiralled .
Main Feature:
1) Reels are arranged quartering around the cages. The centralized side loading system can increase efficiency much more. The equipment has high rigidity, high powered, high speed.
2) It's driven by 36-stage gearbox. The two wheels of the double wheel capstan are overhung position supported on shafts .one wheel is straight and the other is inclined position arranged to ensure good care of the material to be pulled out.The maximum pulling force reaches 15T.Each reel is equipped with an advanced broken wire detector,allowing to stop the machine automatically in case of broken wire.Insuring to repair the broken wire.
3) The machine is especially suitable for manufacturing power cable and cross-linked cable.The compaction factor of the finished cable is above 90％ and the maximum section is 630mm2
