COMIFO Duct Manufacture Auto Line adopts modular design, with
16 integrated flexible workstations. There are decoiler, auto
feeding, leveling and grooving, punching, notching, punching
cross rod hole, shearing (shearing and folding), lift dual-side
Pittsburgh lock former, variable duplex Pittsburgh Lock Former,
duplex drive cleat lock former, TDC (TDFGDFPDF) duplex
flange former, glue and insulation, insulation nail jointing,
folding, folding and seaming, and conveyor. COMIFO duct
manufacture auto line represents the leading technology of sheet
metal ductwork industry. It processes flat sheets, 4-piece duct,
L duct sections, U duct sections and wrap around duct
sections. Customers can choose from the modular based on their
own requirement and market.
For different customers, we provide two configurations to
optimize floor space, which is straight line and U shaped line.
1) The basic configuration for straight line includes:
decoiler, leveling and grooving, punching, notching, punching
cross rod holes, shearing and folding, lift duplicate Pittsburgh
Lock Former, TDC/TDF duplex flange former, conveyor, folding and
seaming.
2) The basic configuration for U shaped line includes:
