1) Rigid and Stable Framework: COMIFO Plasma Cutting
Machine adopts welding structure, which is rigid and stable, and
ensured the cutting precision.
2) Powerful and Accurate Drive System: The heart of
Compa2000 is MITSUBISHI servo motor. The encoder pixel is 4
times of normal encoder to get high precision. Compa1000 adopts
walking motor of good quality and reliability. X axis high
precision line cycle guide, Y axis adopts high precision line
guide which reduces moving resistance.
3) Safe Air Control System: Utilizing a stable gas valve
for sheet discharge and gun floating to make the movement more
stable and reliable.
4) Plasma Unit: Compa1000 uses the Japanese PANASONIC
plasma system; Compa2000 has an American HUPERTHERM plasma unit.
