Automatic whole balance lifting device is adopted in printing down, so it is more convenient to check the vacuum status among spreading plates film and plate from four sides and conduct the work of cleaning, shading and checking light lamp when operating.
Printing down/mucus removing machine adopts imported Philips printing lamp and imported Philips mucus removing lamp as lamp-house and is equipped with special electron transformer which has been tested and checked.. KMLS1000 and KMLS 1200 applies 60W printing down light and 36W mucus removing light (length is 1200MM and the data details of light lamp is all indicated in wastage table); KMLS1320 applies 80W printing lamp and 36W mucus removing lamp.
Printing down flat station is specialized as vacuum flat station without hole and trough by using thick glass with good quality. So it applies to produce any thick flexography plate, making aspiration quick and stable and avoiding the hidden trouble of distortion of printing plate/ dot plate.
