Properties

ML08AL is low carbon and sillicon aluminum-killed steel ,featuring good ductibity and cold heading properties .

ML35 below(diameter 16mm)

To meet the demand of the users, the Rockwell hardness of the wire rod is lowered to a reasonable scope through the optimization of production process ; while in the non-an-nealing production of hexagon cap bolt , the toolings consumption is more and noise is bigger .

ML20MnTiBhas good cold heading properties and excellent mechanical proprties ,as can ensure proper surface hardness and low cost .

Application

(A) ML08Al can be used for the manufactuer of various tools and standard parts of such as flange nut , hexagon nut , round nut ,inner and external pipe connection ,double T iron ,hexagon cap nut , cross recess bolt ,bicycle axle bumper ,K cap ,box wrench , sleeve , connectors , connection rod, T iron , rivet, and so on .The application is as board as form aviation astronomy to daily living , such as bicycle , camera , clock and home application .

(B) ML35 is maily used for the manufacture of high strengh hexagon cap bolt , cylinder cap hexagon socket bolt ,motorcycle oil outlet bolt , 5789 socket bolt , hexagon flange bolt , tud bolt ,and various standard parts etc.

(C) ML40Cr is mainly used for manufacture of cylinder nut of class 10.9 ,cylinder bolt ,stud bolt etc . as well as suction valve and exhaust value for the engine of tractor and farm truck .

(D) ML20MnTiB is mainly used for the manufacture of high strengh bolt and connection pair for steel structure of class 10.9 .
