Properties

(A) the grades of SWRCH6A SWRCH8A SWRCH10Aand SWRCH15A have the feature of good match of plasticity and strength , high dimensional accuracy ,as can meet the requirement of direct cold forning without annealing .

(B) The grades of SWRCH18A and SWRCH22A have good properties in cold heading , tip forming , drawing , carburzing cementation and hardenability as well as have good and stable surface quality and properties .Torque of self-tapping nail be higher after heat treatment .

(C) SWRCH35K has good hardenability and temper resistance .Compared with ML35 ,higher Manganese content in SWRCH35K enables it to overcome the shortfalls in after heat-treatment properties for size above Diameter 16mm and thus to higher technical requirment.

Application

SWRCH6A features low strength and higher plasticity and is suitable for the manufacture of big special shape parts such as flange nut and T-iron etc .

SWRCH8A is used normally for the manufactue of nut and bolt etc , same as ML08AL .

SWRCH10Aand SWRCH15A are used mainly for the manufacture of hexagon head cap bolt , nut ,expansion nail etc .

SWRCH18A and SWRCH22A are used mainly for the manufacture of wall nail and self tapping nail etc .

SCM435 is used mainly for the manufcture of cylinder nut and bolt of class 12.9 , rail bolt , tub bolt etc .
