Regenerative ball is mainly used in burning mouth of regenerative heating kiln in big steel plant. It has the following characteristics: high intensity, excellent anti-hot impact, high density, low thermal resistance, excellent heat conductivity, long durability.
1. Numerous little balls cut the air current apart into very small flowing burst. When the air current is flowing in the regenerative device, strong turbulence is created. It blows out of the surface layer of the regenerative device. Because of the small ball foot-path, small conducting radius, low anti-hot impact force, high density, and excellent heat conductivity, the regenerative burning mouth can shift its direction frequently and quickly.
2. When flowing through regenerative body, high-temperature coal gas and air can respectively preheat to only about 100C lower than exhaust gas temperature in the same route. The temperature efficiency can reach as high as above 90％ .
3. Because of the small regenerative body and the strong circulation ability of the small ball bed, even if the obstruction is increased after dust accumulation, the hot transfer index is not influenced.
4. The regenerative ball has the characteristics of excellent anti-oxidant and dreg resistance.
5. The ceramic ball is easy to be removed and cleaned. It can be used repeatedly.
