Description:
We sell different eccentric bits (also named reaming drilling tools). The tools are made up of a pilot bit, reaming bit and a shank adaptor. The reamer drills a hole sufficiently large for a casing tube to slide down behind the reamer. Cuttings are flushed upwards inside the casing. When the drilling has reached a few feet into bedrock, the drill string is rotated in the opposite direction, whereby the reamer is folded in. The reaming drilling tools can now be retracted inside the casing. Impact energy from the hammer is diverted to the casing tube t anchor it. After changing to a convetional DTH bit, the drill string is lowered into the casing and drilling can resume.

The diameter of the hole could be 115mm to 240mm. They could be used for DHD4, DHD340, DHD6, DHD360, J100B, QCW100 DTH hammers. The shank of the tool could be changed according to requirement to suitable to various hammers.
