This filling machine has four filling heads, which are drived by four cylinders, it is faster and more accurate to filling materials.
Adopt the pneumatic part of Germany FESTO and Taiwan Airtac, and the electric control part of Taiwan. Performance is steady. The part contacting materials is made of 316L stainless steel.
Adopt the photoelectric eyes device of Korea S., Taiwan PLC, touch-sensitive screen, frequency converter and French electric apparatus components.
Adjustment is convenient, and filling carried out only with bottles fed, filling volume is accurate and with count function. Adopt filling head of anti-leakage and anti-pull, filling lifting system of anti-high blister products, orientation system of guaranteeing bottleneck orientation and liquid location control system.
