Mica plate mica sheet mica flake
Hp5 series of rigid heater mica plate is made of muscovite or phlogopite mica paper impregnated with high temperature resistant silicone resin, which is used as supporting insulation for resistance wire heating elements in electric toasters, hair dryers, irons, curlers, electric hot combs, strip heaters, baseboard heaters and for gaskets and other applications with excellent resistance to moisture, thermal and mechanical properties and good electrical properties.
Hp5 series flexible heater mica is made of muscovite or phlogopite mica paper impregnated with a heat resistant binder and polymerized by a heat treatment which is used in band and strip heaters, barrier and layer insulation, furnace gaskets and applications with high heat and moisture resistance. It also can be formed into tubular shapes and used as thermal and electrical insulation in hot air guns.
Fire proof mica tape
The fire proof mica tape is made out of phlogopite mica paper or fluorophlogopite mica paper and non-alkali glass fabric tape for reinforcement (single-sided) , coupled by high property silicone adhesive. It shows excellent high temperature resistance and flame resistance with good flexibility, widely used for main flame resistant insulating layer in fireproof electric wires and cables.
Vpi mica tape
Electrical glass cloth / mica tape is a kind of dry micapaper tape, supported by glass cloth (single-sided) and impregnated with high-property resin, compatible with epoxy system and unsaturated polyester system, it shows excellent electrical, mechanical properties, good integrity with long-operating life after coils wrapped and vpi treatment, widely used for vpi insulation in f-class DC and traction machines.
Application notice
1. When wrap, the ideal speed is 120~150r / min.
2. When baking, original condition is 80~90c / 2h.
3. After been impregnated 110cfor 2~3h, then rise to fixed temperature at 10c an hour. Advisable temperature: 150~170c / 10~20h.
