From mould making and cast iron smelting to enameling, we all have mastered mature technology and skill to assure the products' reliability. In the making of mould, we use computers as additional designing tools (CAD). We apply different technologies to process different products. For some products in high-definition, the mould will be produced by computerized additional manufacturer (CAM), so as to ensure the definition of mould. Our factory also makes use of epoxide resin as mould to improve the producing efficiency, while reducing cost and putting an end to the possibility of transfiguration of mould. In cast iron smelting, we introduce advanced techniques to cast iron smelt and use cupola furnace and intermediate frequency furnace in order to assure the capability of products. Meanwhile, it can also promote the producing efficiency.
