Description:
Cast iron porcelain enamel freestanding stove is made by us, from mold making, cast iron smelting, to enameling. We have mastered mature technology and skills to assure product reliability. In the making of molds, we use computers as an additional designing tool (CAD). We apply different technologies to process different products. For some precision products, the mold will be produced using a computer aided manufacturing system, so as to ensure the definition of the mold.

Our factory also makes use of epoxide resin as mold to improve the producing efficiency, while reducing cost, and putting an end to the possibility of transfiguration of molds. In cast iron smelting, we have introduced advanced techniques to cast iron smelt using a cupola furnace and intermediate frequency furnace in order to assure the product precision. Meanwhile, it can also promote production efficiency.

Our production capacity has exceeded 2,000 metric tons annually. In enameled producing, we own advanced enameled equipment which outputs over 18,000 sets of products every year. With many years' study of enameling, we have accumulated much experience. Now, we have become one of the biggest companies in the enameled industry in terms of enameled producing and manufacturing scale.
