Description:
Our production conforms to HGJ, JB and GB standards, and our flange specifications are DG 10 - 600 and PG 0.1 - 25MPa. Pressure vessel A, B flat-welding flange and long neck down ward welding flange are produced according to JB1158-1160. The flange specifications are DG 300 - 1000 and PG 0.25 - 6.45Mpa.

As required in the JB75 Technical Conditions for pressure vessel forge pieces, the material performance is subject to heat treatment, mechanics testing, ultrasonic flaw detection and coloring flaw detection. Flanges' sizes and tolerance are that the tube flange conforms to GB91125-88 and the pressure vessel flange conforms to JB1157-82.
