Description:

Inert ceramic balls have high strength and high stabilities to chemical and thermal circumstances. It can resist to acid, alkali, salt and all organic solvents, used as a support and a covering material in reactors in oil refinery, chemical, fertilizer, natural gas and environmental protection industry

Refractory ceramic balls are made from alumina and other raw materials, and processed by mixing, shaping and firing. It has high strength and long working life, excellent chemical stability and resistance to high temperature at 1,900 centigrade degrees which is used as support and covering packing for catalyst in shift converter, reformer, hydro converter, desulfurizer and methanator.

Heat storage ceramic balls are characterized by its high strength, low abrasion loss, large heat capacity and thermal conductivity result in efficient heat storage performance, excellent resistance to high temperature and the thermal shock. The balls have been effectively used in recuperator in air separation process, and also used to pre-heat the gas and the air in coal gas heating furnace in iron and steel plant.
