Activity: Human PDGF-BB is fully biologically active when compared to standards. The ED(50) was determined by the dose-dependent stimulation of thymidine uptake by BALB/c 3T3 cells (PNAS 94,10205,1997) is 1x10(E6) units/mg.
Formulation: Lyophilized from a 0.2 mm filtered solution in 20 mM sodium acetate in absence of any carrier protein.
