TS6720 is double chemically modified wax corn starch. TS6720 is resistant to high temperature, heavy processing (such as homogenization) and low pH. Furthermore, the product has good emulsification stability, creamy and smooth mouth feel. It will not syneresis during low temperature storage. TS6720 can be widely used in food industry. It can be used in sauces (such as oyster
sauce), Ketchup, dairy product (such as yogurt), pie filling, gravies, soups
and so on.
