They are mixed fully .Because the area of heat exchange is large, the evaporation and drying can be accomplished in a short time. The dried finished product is discharged from the cyclone separator. Small parts of powder dust can be recovered and used by a cyclone separator or bag duster. The model Q air stream is operated at negative pressure. The raw material does not pass through fan. The model FG air steam drier is a tail air circle type. The model JG air stream drier is a reinforced type. It integrates flash drying and air stream drying in one unit and is a new style of drier designed and manufactured on the request of a customer. Technical consultation and testing: Air steam driers are quick, operate continuously, have larger batch sizes and a high level of heat efficiency.
