Operation Instructions: Sun plate 1. Light source:the best light is 3kw Gal lamp 2. Light distance:1m 3. Exposure time:80-100sec 4. The sun-plate film and glass must be clean,have no dust and no scratch and so
on.Pumping gas must work completely so as to ensure the film and the PS plate have
close contact. 5. As the difference of every factory's condition and environment of sun plate,we
suggest using thirteen level continuous grey adjusting ladder measure.After developing,when
the third check is white and the fourth is becoming light,this time is the best exposure time. Developing 1. Using"huawen"or "nimex"positive pattern PS plate developing powder or developing
liquid. 2. Sealing the developing liquid which is 500g developing powder and 10.51 water
making together.When we use,we can take some and develop 30sec under 20-25oC. 3. When we use concentrating developing liquid,please according to the instruction
to dilute. 4. When the developing liquid is getting old,we must supply or renew the new developing
liquid.When we operate,we must control the density.The density is too low to penetrate so when we print,we can see it appear dirty.The density is too high,it
can destroy the oxide film,and make the rate of print dropping. Smearing the protective glue After developing,we use the fitting mending liquid to mend dirty,and then use the
ink dose to ink.At last smear the PS plate protective glue uniformly. Operation condition and Storing method Operating under yellow light(avoiding light directly),it can keep 18 months under
the condition of dry and constant temperature
