CNC water jet cutting machine mad up of CNC water jet cutting table and super high pressure water jet pumping system, suit to machining various materials such as porcelain, glass, chemical fiber, composite material, alloy material, etc. Compared with traditional machining process, water jet cutting have some advantages: narrow chink, smooth and trim cutting edge, no thermal transformation, no side seam and burr, high cutting speed, high efficiency, no pollution, low processing cost, etc, for instance .The technology has been widely used in the areas of aerospace , space industry, ship, automobile, electronics, architecture, advertisement , especially in upholster of architecture, mosaic of stone, carve of advertisement. Because pressure water jet cutting almost qualify for any "tough task", so it is the most prefect or the only method to machine the materials which are impossible to cut in other ways, such as aramid fiber ,titanium alloy ,and other kinds of composite materials.
(2) Features

2> Every axis (X, Y, Z) of the machine is droved by a generator which has excellent performance and is controlled by computer. This guarantees the control accuracy. And the machine could machine any complex curve and graphics conveniently.
3> The guide rails and master screws of the two axises (X, Y) are all good quality roll guide rails and ball screw, realizing zero clearance and keeping the precision well.
4> The lifting stroke of Z axis is 150mm.
5> Both of the rolling guide and ball screw have been outfitted with lubricate component and handpump, to guarantee its service life.
