Description:

Flowery Pekoe is a kind of white tea, produced in Fuding of Fujian Province. Its
fresh leaves are plucked from Dabai or Dahao tea tree exist only in these two counties.
When gathered, leaves are spread on single layers, then air dried with or
without the aid of extremely low heat (depending on weather) for 2 - 3 days. When
brewed, the neatly pointed silver buds stand upwards in the water to give pale
yellow liquor that is smooth, sweet and extremely elegant.
