Description:

White tea is made from leaves of Da Bai Cha or Da Hao Cha Shu, two rare tea trees
only grown in Fuding and Zhenhe in Fujian Province.
White tea undergoes almost no transformation. When been gathered, single layers of
leaves are air dried with or without aid of extremely low heat (depending on weather).
This process repeats for 2 or 3 days. Then, the tea is done.
