Rice Protein Concentrate (RPC) could be used as a protein source for young animals like suckling
and weanling piglet. Also, RPC is used in pet food industry (creep feed or pet dog food) as some of ingredient named 'rice gluten meal' and 'isolated rice protein'. RPC plays an important part in the quality of shrimp.
Merit of RPC is economic protein source, zero antigen (not toxic to TGI, no diarrhea) and
high digestibility. Especially, RPC is enough to replace a versatile protein source such as
soy protein and its processing products (SPC, SPI), fish meal containing high protein quality, and Potato Protein.
