KDN-GE01TM high conversion-rate glucoamylase is a trans-glucosidase-free product, which made by Aspergillus niger submerge fermentation. With stable quality, DN-GE01TM glucoamylase supplies solutions for hydrolysis industry processing of starch, dextrin and oligosaccharide: such as in alcohol, MSG, liquor, beer, rice wine, organic acid, antibiotic, as well as oligosaccharide and glucose production.
Description of Product
1) Properties
Food grade product is stable, consistent, light brown liquid; industrial grade product is yellow brown powder.
2) Function
Glucoamylase breaks down α-1, 4 glucosidic bound of starch from non-reducing
end into glucose, as well as breakingα-1, 6 glucosidic bound slowly.
3) Optimum condition
Optimum temperature is 58~60oC, optimum pH is 4.2~4.6. The enzyme activity
increase while temperature increase before 60oC, and decreases sharply
after 60oC.
4) Definition of enzyme activity unit
1 unit equals to the amount of enzyme of hydrolysis α-starch to get 1 mg glucose
at 40oC, pH 4.6 in 1h.

Package and storage
1) Industrial grade product is packaged in paper container or plastic sack with 10×2kg
plastic bags in. Food grade product is packaged in 25kg or 22L plastic
drum, or packaged according to the requirement of clients.
2) Expose in light or high temperature will cause activity lost; products should
be kept in clean, cool and dry place.
3) Small amount sediment doesn't influence enzyme activity, shaking before use.
4) Suggest dosage: 100~150U/g raw material.
