Description:
KDN-GF-01 Acid Pectinase
KDN-GF-01 is a kind of complete enzyme, fermented from Aspergillus niger a nature
strain and used for syrup production. KDN-GF-01 can break down pectin, semi-cellulose
and cellulose into galacturonic acid and glucose, so it has prominent effect
in the respect of reducing juice adhesion, improving juice clarity and juice
extraction rate.
Characteristic
- Brown liquid.
- Work temperature: 20 to 55oC, the optimal temperature is 40oC
- Work pH: 2.0 to 6.0, the optimal pH is 4.5
- Incubation time: 30 to 60 minutes. The incubation time is concerned with enzyme
quantity and function condition.
Ingredients
Pectinase, xylanase, mannase, dextranase, cellulase.
Application
For use in the enzymolysis procedure of apple juice, orange juice, pear juice, strawberry juice, carrot juice, vegetable juice and in the production of red wine,
greengage wine and so on.
Function and effect
- Reduce juice adhesion.
- Improve juice clarity.
- Enhance juice extraction rate.
Usage
- Dilute KDN-GF-01 by 10 times with water, then add the dilution into juice and mix
well. Place the mixture at constant temperature for 2 hours.
- Enzyme used quantity is adjusted according to fruit types. 40-120ml KDN-GF-01 for
1000l juice, 40-80ml KDN-GF-01 for 1000l fresh fruit and 50-120ml KDN-GF-01 for
stored fruit.
Storage
Stored at cool and dry place. The optimal storage temperature is 4-10oC.
Shelf life
3 months in liquid under the conditions of sealed and below 25oC.
