Description:
We can provide semi-finished VDI B and E series toolholders (DIN 69880) following
customers' drawings, which are currently supplied by us to Italian and American
customers as per their requirements.

Features:
1) Materials: C45 or 20CrMnTi
2) Processing:
a) Forging on raw materials
b) Precision machining on CNC lathe and machining center
3) At present, we provide semifinished toolholders, which means that there are only
2 steps left for customers to finish the product: heat-treatment and final grinding
4) Advantage: after forging, material becomes more compact, so that the final
product has better machining surface and easier heat-treatment
