Description:
Extruder:
This extruder is designed for extrusion of one chewing gum slice, which thickness is 8 - 25mm and width is 160 - 200mm. The candy mass inside the hopper is fed into the extrusion screw by two infeed rollers.
Rolling machine:
The machine takes over the chewing-gum sheet coming from the extruder and powders it at both sides. The thickness of the chewing-gum sheet is reduced, rolled out to the final thickness and the surplus powder material is brushed off. Then the gum??s sheet is cut into the desired dimensions. The pre-cut gum slabs are fed onto wooden trays and piled. By changing cutting roller, this machine can produce other kinds of gum products.
Stick wrapping machine:
This stick wrapping machine is for the rectangular-shape packed articles such as toffees and chewing-gum. The machine can wrap products with inner and outer wrapping material. Both two sheets of paper can be fed from the 2 reels with the outer one printed. Wrapping style is side-folding on edge. The wrapper has to be linked with the relevant cutting and wrapping machine which handles the individual wrap and then deliver the wrapped products into the stick wrapper.
