Description:
Mixer:
The mixer is a newly designed machine based on the advanced German technology, widely used in the fields of bubble gum, chewing gum, chemical and pharmaceutical industries

Extruder:
The extruder is equipped with 1 barrel mounted on one frame. The barrel is fitted with two infeed rollers (diameter 115mm) and two extrusion screws (diameter100mm).

The extruder is equipped with 2 individual heating units. Heating or cooling of extrusion barrel and head is controlled respectively by 2 water tanks via thermoregulators with digital display. The set temperature and actual temperature are shown on the display. Automatic adjustment starts when temperature has been set.

A sliding clutch connects the infeed rollers with the gearbox. Release of the clutch disconnects the infeed rollers from the gearbox, enabling the top extrusion chamber and the infeed rollers to be opened through a hinge for cleaning.

The gearboxes are also installed on the extruder. Each unit includes gears gone through thermal process. All axles are fixed on ball bearings. The gears and the bearings run in an oil bath. The hydraulic reservoir is filled with special oil resistant to high-pressure. The level of the oil can be observed by level glass. An electronic over-pressure protection device is fitted in each barrel accurately controlled by a microprocessor.

Cooling tunnel:
The complete set of electric components is fitted in the control cabinet located at the end of the cooling tunnel. A microprocessor made by the Omron Co., Japan is introduced to set and regulate transportation speed and temperature and to start and stop ventilators as well as electric heating device. A main operation panel is fitted at the infeed side and an auxiliary panel is located at the rear side of the tunnel. It is possible to check, set and adjust through the main panel the belt speed, and to start/stop ventilators and electric heating device and to turn off the tunnel. An emergency stop button is fitted on the auxiliary panel.

Cutter and wrapper machine:
This wrapping machine is for the shaping, cutting and packaging of bubble gum and chewing gum with rectangular shape in side folding wrapping style. The machine can wrap products with 2 sheets of waxed paper: the inner and outer paper. Both two sheets of paper can be fed from the 2 reels with the outer one printed. It can fulfill side-folding or back-folding operation depending on your choice.

Production line:
This machine was developed and produced by excellent technology and rich experiences. It has linear channel and it can meet various needs. The cam that geared by gear is driven by adjustable three-phase asynchronous electromotor. Four candy exit packaging plate move intermittently.

The products on the material supplying belt are driven by three-phase asynchronous electromotor. Auto shower distribute lubrication. The lubrication oil is put in demountable plate. All the operation of the machine is controlled by PLC. The change of size and starting of production is very rapid. The reason is that the position of these parts is already fixed. There is no need to make change and adjustment. It is convenient and fast to change paper-supplying wheel. Packaging form is fold packaging and products are square candies and similar products.
